I co-founded MLLNNL, a multidisciplinary design and content studio, and served as Creative Director. We worked with clients on media campaigns and built products—our work with global brands was highlighted by Facebook multiple times for its performance and creative ingenuity.
Beyond the work itself, I was responsible for nurturing creative talent and building the systems and processes that let a small team punch far above its weight.
